We were so thankful that after a frustrating experience getting our car (hit and run damage) assessed by Caliber Collision that we chose to go with H&R Auto Body Shop instead! This place is the perfect example of what good customer service looks like! They worked directly with our insurance company (AAA) and got the car done in a week with clear communication and very reasonable pricing. Caliber was trying to charge us to replace our entire bumper because of other light damage that they said would prevent them from giving us their "life time guarantee", which we did not ask for or want. Ironically, H&R Auto Body now has a lifetime customer in us because they took the time to listen and work with us on the problem at hand. Excellent customer service and excellent work. This is one of those shops that reminds you why local is superior to corporate chains!

This mom and pop shop does great work the dad shop owner is great very knowledgeable and respectful. The problem here is at the front desk. It really needs to improve. His daughter Katherine seems to be the office manager, but her follow through is horrible. She is constantly late to return calls if you get a call back. The office phone rings and rings with no one to answer it. I tried calling over 10 times to get an update on work being done and I was never helped. When I finally got through I was rushed and told I would get a call back which I’m still waiting on. I’m not sure is the dad is actually aware of the lack of front office service. Also, her whole work area seems to be messy and unorganized. Katherine get it together!

My dad recommended this place: his coworker knows the owner. Took my Honda Accord for a new front bumper and grille, and a repair on my hood. Parts, paint, and labor were at a reasonable price. The repair and paint match the silver color of my car. Good quality paint and work. The owner's daughter, the receptionist, was friendly and nice. They had proposed a three to four day job, which took them 2 days instead. I definitely recommend this body shop. The service is great. The price for the work is reasonable. Awesome work quality.

They did a beautiful job on my front bumper and saved me from having to change my grill. Took them about a day and a 1/2 to fix, when I was originally quoted 4 days. My only complaint is when I received my car back the check engine light was on and it was running hot. So I had to take it to an EV mechanic and have them reconnect the wires correctly. Which cost me $150. Was $2200 for repairs, cash only.

This body shop did a great job on my car. I had my front bumper and part of my under carriage repaired. It looks brand new. I was able to get a better price than the body shop my insurance company recommended. I feel like I got a very fair and reasonable estimate. I recommend this shop. I brought it in Friday morning, and got my car back Saturday afternoon!
